At ANH Slippers, your satisfaction means everything to us! If for any reason you're not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day free return policy for all local orders.

✅ Eligibility for Returns:

• Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Tags (if any) must still be attached.
• Applies to all orders within Malaysia. (For international orders, kindly contact us.)

🚚 Free Return Shipping (Malaysia Only):

We cover return shipping for all eligible returns. Once your request is approved:

• We will send you a prepaid return label or arrange a courier pickup at your convenience.
• No need to pay anything — just pack your item and follow the return instructions we provide.

💸 Refunds & Exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
• Or, you may choose an exchange for a different size or item (subject to availability).
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after return confirmation.
