Q1. [ATM / Cash Deposit] I have already made my payment through bank transfer, why is my order status still "Pending"?

If you have completed the payment process with bank transfer, please upload the payment slip via whatsapp to +6019 409 0757 or email to contact@anhshop2u.com.

All bank transfer payment receipt should be able to show the following details clearly:

  1. Date and time
  2. Recipient Bank Account should always be Shopee Mobile Malaysia
  3. Amount
  4. No indication that the payment failed (e.g. Cash retracted or transaction failed)

Q2. [My Account] How do I add/edit my address?

You may add or edit your address by going to:
My Account > Addresses

Q3. [Shipping] What is Days to Ship for Custom Design product?

The time require to prepare the order for shipment for any product with custom design wil took about 7 to 14 days.
